This website is operated by SkyAI Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 32 683 670 797), trading as SkyAI ("SkyAI", "we", "us"). By using www.skyai.com.au, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using our website

You may use this site to learn about SkyAI and to contact us. You must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or disrupt them
• send spam, malicious code or false information through our forms
• copy large parts of the site, or scrape it with automated tools, without our permission

3. Content and intellectual property

We or our licensors own the content on this site, including text, graphics, the SkyAI name and logo, and our service names (TechAI, CloudAI, DigiAI and DataAI). You may view and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

Partner and client logos and product names belong to their owners. They appear only to show our partnerships, certifications or experience, not an endorsement. Our case studies are anonymised, and details are simplified.

4. Assessment requests and enquiries

These are our assessment terms. Requesting an assessment or sending an enquiry is free and does not commit you or us to anything.

• We will contact you to understand your needs, usually within 48 hours on business days.
• Before an assessment starts, we confirm its scope, timing, deliverables and any fees in writing.
• Any assessment or other work is governed by that written agreement, not by this website.
• Information you share with us is handled under our Privacy Policy and kept confidential.
• We may decline a request, for example if it falls outside the services we offer.

5. Information only

Content on this site, including case study results, is general information. It is not professional advice for your situation. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
